Overview
TB Service is the public-facing counterpart to the Projects Portal: a platform for small works and reactive maintenance. Where refurbishment projects run for months, service jobs arrive unpredictably and need a contractor on site quickly — a scheduling problem more than a documentation one.
The system takes incoming service requests, auto-schedules them against available contractors, tracks each job end to end, and generates client invoices automatically on completion.

The scheduling engine
The core of the product is matching: each incoming request has a trade, a location, and an urgency; each contractor has skills, availability, and a working area. The scheduler proposes assignments automatically and lets the operations team confirm or override — automation with a human in the loop, rather than a black box.
Closing the loop
Because the system knows what was requested, who did the work, and when it completed, invoicing becomes a by-product rather than a chore: invoices generate from job records and go to the client without manual re-entry. Clients get the same transparency as the ops team — request status, scheduled visits, and history in one place.
